Do we charge you an extra fee for insuring you?
No, Not usually. There are some instances when a property or business is difficult to insure due to it’s location or claims history or other underwriting concern and we are forced to consider surplus lines insurance. If there are any additional fees for buying insurance through us, we’ll let you know.
If we are unable to insure you with our standard insurance companies, we may offer you the option to let our agents work with underwriters in the excess or suplus lines marketplace. We would let you know if this is the case and you would review the documents, agree and sign to accept them.
