Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent / Account Manager

This is a new position is a growing Independent Insurance Agency. The person hired for this position will have an opportunity for further growth.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Serve as inside sales agent – Quoting and sales of commercial lines p&c products such as BOP, commercial auto and workers comp products.
  • Serve as account manager – Process endorsements for existing commercial lines clients, handing billing questions and changes and provides certificates of insurance.

Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent

Prospects will come from a variety of sources including, but not limited to leads provided from inside the agency (client base, employee referrals, direct mail campaigns, etc.) and outside the agency including the agent’s own circles of influence, client referrals, community/business networking, cold-calling, etc.

  • Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance helpful

  • Experience using Insurance CRM/Agency Management and EZLYNX Insurance quoting systems
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an independent and efficient manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Ability to make decisions in accordance w/ established practices and procedures
